Richard H. Murray

Co-Founder & President


During a successful career in healthcare leadership, Rich built over $500 million in high-margin senior living communities that also provided leadership and oversight for 1000's of employees and dignified life experiences for 5,000+ elderly citizens in the U.S. and Canada.  Rich's passion for caring related services led him to help develop and launch a revolutionary new approach to the way we all interact with the single largest common denominator for the worlds labor force: Payroll.  Rich has applied his years of business growth, start ups, and care related service innovations to a service industry that has resulted in a materially different and better outcome for those we serve.

At Trust Point Payroll, Rich leverages his experience building and leading companies to service the needs of business owners and their teams with unique and cutting edge solutions.  In leading the day-to-day operations at Trust Point, Murray offers Trust Point's customers real-world business expertise and executive level insights that other providers cannot match.


Debbie Wright

Head of Payroll Support


With an unwavering passion for excellence in business services, Debbie has spent her entire 30+ year career helping business streamline payroll, billing, and tax services.  In addition to Debbie's business experience she specifically has a deep understanding and breadth of knowledge of healthcare stemming from her 15+ years of business, customer, and management functions at Sunrise Senior Living.  Debbie's understanding of business functions from fortune 500 companies to your local mom & pop shops provides a thoughtful and multifaceted resource that leads our payroll processing division.  

Tara L. Dougherty 

Payroll & Service Manager

Tara inherently understands that the client is the single most valuable asset an organization can have and is driven by the unrelenting pursuit of customer-driven focus, ideals and user experience. She joins our team with a background in bookkeeping and 18 years of progressive experience in residential management. She began as a bookkeeper while pursuing her Property Management certification, and later developed her skills serving as a multi-site manager before advancing to regional management roles. In addition to her titled roles, Tara was responsible for training, business process documentation, and software support. While with TGM Associates, Tara conducted internal audits and Business Property Reviews nationwide and served as a training team member for MRI and Avid Xchange. In this capacity, she conducted monthly trainings, webinars and provided daily support to the user base.
